Description: AKR307C is a kind of ultra-low sulfur ultra-low phosphorous low impurity high purity heat-resistant steel electrode. It has excellent technological performance, low spatter, stable arc, good slag detachability, beautiful appearance of weld. DCRP (Direct Current Reversed Polarity). All-position welding. The weldments should be given preheating to 160~220℃ before welding The weldments should be given tempering at 680-720℃ after welding.
Application: Used for welding heat-resistant steel below 520℃ that require high me-chanical property and purtity like 15CrMoR(HIC). Such as boiler pipes, high pressur-e vessels, equipment for petroleum refining, etc..

Recommended welding parameters:
2.5mm: 300mm 60-90A
3.2mm: 350mm 90-120A
4.0mm: 400mm 140-180A
5.0mm: 400mm 170-210A
Notes on Usages:
1.The electrodes must be baked at350~380℃for an hour before welding and used as soon as baking is completed.
2.The stains on the weldments, such as rust, oil stains, moisture, etc., must be cleared away before welding
