Description: AK-ER70S-G is a copper-plated gas shielded welding wire for low alloy steel with a tensile strength level of 500MPa. By adding an appropriate a mount of titanium, the grains can be refined by forming nuclei such as TiN even under the conditions of high-energy welding. In addition, the addition of titanium is beneficial to stabilize the arc and reduce spatter. The content of S and P in the welding wire is strictly controlled, and the welding seam has excellent comprehensive mechanical properties.

Application: With CO2 or argon-rich gas protection, mainly used in ships, Pipelines,construction machinery, containers, petrochemicals, boilers, and the grade of 50kg low alloy steel in various fields such as pressure vessels, bridges, lifting and transportation equipment, high-rise buildings and steel structures.
