Description: AK-E6019 is basic coated electrode designed for high quality welding. Excellent strength and toughness properties. It is also suitable for welding steels with low purity and high carbon content.

Application: For welding of steel structures, boiler and vessel construction, vehicle construction, shipbuilding and machinery construction and buffer layer when constructed on high carbon steel.

C:≤0.20    Si:≤1.0    Mn:≤1.2    S:≤0.035    P:≤0.040

Mo:≤0.30    Cr:≤0.20    Ni:≤0.30    V:≤0.08

Yield Stress (MPa) :  ≥330

Elongation (%) :  ≥20

3.2mm:   90-140/A

4.0mm:  150-210/A

5.0mm:   200-270/A
