Description: AK-E309- 16 is a Cr23Ni13 stainless steel electrode with rutile coating. AC and DC dual-use, can perform all-

position welding. The welding process performance is excellent, and the deposited metal has good crack resistance and

oxidation resistance.

Application: It is suitable for welding the same type of stainless steel, stainless steel lining, dissimilar steel (such as

Cr19Ni10 and low carbon steel, etc.), as well as high chromium steel, high manganese steel, etc.

C:0.15    SI:1.00    Mn:0.50-2.50    S:0.03    P:0.04     Ni:12.0-14.0    Cr：22.0-25.0   Mo：0.75    Cu：0.75

Elongation (%) : ≥ 25

Recommended welding parameters:

2.5mm:  F/H-60-80A            V/OH-40-70A

3.2mm:  F/H-80-120A          V/OH-60-100A

4.0mm:  F/H-100-150A        V/OH-80-130A
