Description: AK-657GX is a low-alloy high-strength steel electrode with low-hydrogen sodium type coating for X80 pipelines. lt adopts DC reverse connection and can perform all-position welding.

Application:  lt is used for welding of X80 pipeline steel and low alloy steel structures with low S and P requirements of equivalent strength grades.

Typical Chemical Composition(%):

C:≤0.12    Si:≤0.4    Mn:1.0-2.0    S:≤0.006    P：≤0.020

Ni：≤0.30    Cu:≤0.03:    Cr:≤0.25    Mo:≤0.4

2.5mm:  F/H-70-110A      V/OH-50-80A

3.2mm:  F/H-90-130A     V/OH-80-110A

4.0mm:  F/H-140-180A   V/OH-130-170A
