Description: AK-ER55-D2-Ti is a CO2 gas shielded welding wire with H10Mn2SiMoTiA disc element and copper-plated surface. The welding wire can be gas shielded by CO2 or Ar-CO2, and the welding process is good. Because it contains an appropri-ate amount of titanium, it is beneficial to the grain refinement of the weld structure and to obtain good mechanical properties.

Application : It is suitable for welding low-alloy high- strength steel structures with a tensile strength of 550MPa, such as vehicles, ships, bridges, pipelines, power stati-ons, and containers. Highrise buildings, petrochemicals, Chengong machinery, lifting and transportation equipment, boilers and pressure vessels, etc..
